SHOP POLICIES
All Heritage & Style products are guaranteed free from defects and carry a six months warranty. The warranty is voided if the pens have been tampered with, including attempts at smoothing or modifying the nibs. Any disassembly of the pens other than what is required to refill the pens will void the warranty. The warranty does not cover blemishes to the surface finish and other damage caused by wear and tear of the pens.

We will process your order promptly and advise you by email if any product is temporarily unavailable.
Make sure to visit our main website to see all the product lines distributed by Heritage & Style. Most of the Brands we represent are sold through approved retailers, both on line and in brick and mortar shops and stores.
The only Brand that we sell direct to the consumer is H&S, plus occasional special offers that are time limited.
2:SHIPPING
We ship only to U.S. addresses. We ship by USPS Priority Mail. Tracking information can be supplied under request via email.
3:RETURNS
Items that are unused and fountain pens that have not been inked can be returned for a refund. A restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Items returned because they are defective are replaced or refunded with no charges to the customer.
4:RETURNS
